All prices depend on the condition. We accept only kitchen knives (no scissors, shears, axes, hatchets, serrated blades etc.). The knives should be wrapped individually. 2. After our confirmation send us clean knives at the following address (with a registered post):

3. We will send you the final cost upon inspection for you to confirm (if it's different from our initial quote).
4. After 1-3 weeks you get your knives back. Sharp and ready to work.
Currently, we are providing workshops for business clients in GB, London area. In case you are a chef or restaurant owner please contact us for more information regarding b2b inquiry.
👉 Do you offer commercial sharpening?
We can offer pickup and drop-off for restaurants in the London area. We require a minimum of 10 knives for this service and you need to contact us to pre-book your pickup and terms. Please make them ready, clean and wrapped for safe transport.
👉 Do you offer sharpening classes?
Yes, we can offer a sharpening course but only for commercial clients (meaning restaurants) for now. If you are in the London area we can schedule classes for Chefs and cooks.

We offer discounted rates for those in the food service and hospitality industry who require regular sharpening.

👉 What if I have some after service issues?
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving of shipment, if there are any issues with the returned knives. Be sure to include your name, phone number, e-mail address, pictures or any additional information that will help us understand what happened.
We will not be held responsible for claims made after 48 hours or damages due to misuse, improper care or client error.
For any damages incurred during transit, please photograph how it arrived and keep the entirety of the original item(s) including all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.
